Terms and Conditions

Qatar International Tours (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides various activities, including tours, safaris, transportation, and more (referred to as “Activities”). These Activities may be provided by us directly or through our suppliers.

To secure your participation in an Activity, you must make a booking and provide payment, either in full or partially. The remaining balance should be paid on the same day as the Activity or on an agreed-upon date set by QIT. Please note that cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Activity’s commencement will not be eligible for a refund. Failure to arrive at the designated location for the Activity by the specified departure time will be considered a cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or omit any part of an Activity at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice to you. Delays and cancellations may occur due to factors beyond our or our suppliers’ control, such as weather conditions, accidents, sickness, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, refunds or partial refunds may be provided at our discretion or the discretion of the Activity’s supplier.

By participating in our Activities, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks and hazards involved. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in the specific Activity. You must comply with instructions given by our Activity personnel (“Leader”). If the Leader determines that your behavior or physical condition jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or well-being of the group or if continuing with the Activity poses a risk to your general well-being, you may be asked to refrain from participating without the right to a refund.

For Activities provided by third parties or events for which we issue vouchers, we act as an agent on behalf of the operator or organizer. The terms and conditions of these operators or organizers will apply to your participation, and any refunds will be subject to their terms and conditions. We assume no responsibility for the acts or omissions, including negligence, of these operators, organizers, their servants, agents, or for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the provision of Activities or the event organization.

These terms and conditions apply unless you have a separate agreement or signed contract with different terms and conditions.

By participating in the off-road drive, you acknowledge and release Qatar International Tours and all individuals involved in the program from liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur. You authorize our representatives to provide any necessary first aid, including transporting you to a hospital in Qatar in case of an emergency. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken equipment or personal property during the activity. Please ensure that children are accompanied and supervised by parents or guardians. The use of car seats for children is the responsibility of the guest, not the company.

For water activities, you must adhere to the following instructions:

• Respect the instructions issued by the Qatar Coast Guard.
• Dress appropriately during departure, sailing, and return to the port.
• Throwing garbage into the water is prohibited.
• Activities that may cause inconvenience to the public, other guests, or are prohibited by Qatari law or are not appropriate for Qatari culture are strictly forbidden.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s safety during water activities.
• Jet skis should not be ridden at excessive speeds as these activities are for fun and enjoyment, not

• Loud music is not allowed.
• Jumping into the water from the upper deck is prohibited.
• Swimming and water sports activities are undertaken at your own risk. We recommend wearing a life jacket at all times.
• Fighting on the boat is strictly prohibited.
• Damages caused by guests to the boat or equipment will be charged to the guest.
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed in accordance with Qatari law.
• For fishing trips, all passengers must carry their Qatar ID or passport.

• QIT drivers will introduce themselves before the tour begins. Guests are advised to know the driver’s name and the company name to avoid any inconvenience.
• Our drivers are skilled off-road drivers with 4x4wd cars equipped with safety features. Each car can accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers and 1 driver.
• Personal belongings should be safely kept inside the car during the off-road drive. We are not liable for any lost or broken items.
• Seat belts must be fastened during the tour.
• Light meals are recommended to avoid car sickness during the dune drive. Please inform the driver if you need to stop the vehicle.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cars.
• Dress appropriately for the weather and protect yourself from the sun. First aid kits are available upon request.
• Our drivers are equipped with communication devices during the tour.
• Guests with medical conditions, such as back pain or pregnancy, participate at their own risk. Our experienced drivers will accommodate their needs.
• Swimming is only permitted in front of the QIT Camp shore, and guests must stay together. Life jackets and life saver rings are available at the camp.
