Eid Festival 2022

To celebrate Eid al Fitr, Qatar Tourism (QT) will host its first-ever Eid Festival, where all attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of entertainment held along the Doha Corniche from Tuesday, May 3 to Thursday, May 5 between 4-11 pm each day.

The three-day event will feature the region’s first-ever giant balloon parade with a marching band, daily live musical performances at 7.30 pm featuring renowned local and regional artists, carnival games, food trucks, kiosks, and fireworks displays that will light up the Doha sky every night at 9 pm.

QT has worked closely with its partners at the Ministry of Interior and Ashghal to ensure safe and smooth logistics for the Eid Al-Fitr festivities taking place along a 1.4 km stretch of the Doha Corniche.

For the duration of the festival, the Doha Corniche will become pedestrianized so visitors and residents can enjoy one of the capital’s most popular thoroughfares like never before.
