E-Payment

Description

Please note the following terms and conditions:

1. This service does not operate on a “pay online & get” basis. Prior agreement between QIT and the customer must be reached via email before making any online payment.

2. The payment amount will be confirmed by the QIT team to the customer in writing through email.

3. Refunds for online payments will only be issued according to the terms and conditions agreed upon in writing by QIT and the customer prior to making the online payment.

4. QIT holds no liability for any online payments made without the inclusion of the Tour Name/Visa Reference Number/Hotel or Package Confirmation Number provided by the QIT team in writing to the customer before the payment is made.

5. The payment amount made is non-refundable unless in the case of bad weather conditions.

6. While this service is generally non-refundable, in exceptional circumstances where Qatar International Tours approves a refund, the customer will be responsible for bearing the associated bank charges.
