Terms and conditions

• This is not a “pay online & get” service. The service should be agreed in advance between QIT & the customer by mail before online payment is done
• Payment amount should be confirmed by the QIT team to the customer in writing by mail
• Refunds for online payments will be issued as per terms & conditions agreed in writing by mail between QIT & the customer before online payment is done
• QIT takes no liability for any online payment done without stating the Tour Name/Visa Reference Number/ Hotel or Package Confirmation Number issued by the QIT team in writing to the customer prior payment is done
• The payment amount you are paying will not refund unless bad weather
• This is a non refundable service. But in case Qatar International Tours approved to make a refund customer will bear the bank charges.
