On 23 November 2013 IDAM opened its doors in Doha (Qatar) in the heart of the Museum of Islamic Art at a tip of the Arabian Peninsula. This is Alain Ducasse’s first restaurant in the Middle East. Its name means generosity, the care and attention we take with our guests. It took 18 months of hard work to find the right suppliers for the products and to develop the restaurant’s menu.
